This campaign is run by EverTrust Solutions Pte Ltd.

Your name, delivery address including postal code, phone number, email address, and the last four digits and letter of your NRIC or FIN.

We do not collect the full NRIC or FIN. The form rejects a full number.

We also record the time of submission and the originating network address, to prevent abuse.

Name, address, phone and email: to post the gift to you and to send you the tracking number.

Phone together with the last four of the NRIC: only to check that nobody claims twice. One per person.

Singapore's PDPC has restricted the collection of full NRIC numbers since 1 September 2019. A prize giveaway is not a case where a full number may be collected, so we take only the last four.

We do not use these details for marketing, do not sell them, and do not pass them to third parties unrelated to posting this gift.

Besides us, the following service providers process this data in the course of providing their service:

· Vercel Inc., which hosts this website

· Google LLC, where claims are stored in a Google Sheet and processed by a Google Apps Script

· Telegram, used to notify the promoter of each new claim, with the NRIC digits masked

The NRIC digits are masked in the message sent to our internal notification group.

Claim records are deleted within 12 months of the campaign closing, unless the law requires otherwise.

The retention period exists to settle delivery disputes and duplicate-claim checks.

Under the PDPA you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and withdraw your consent.

If you withdraw consent we will not be able to post the gift.
