These terms apply to the HONMA TW-X giveaway run by EverTrust Solutions Pte Ltd. Submitting a claim means you accept them.
1. The promoter
This campaign is run by EverTrust Solutions Pte Ltd ("the promoter").

The promoter is not the trademark owner, and this campaign is not run by the trademark owner.
2. Who can claim
Residents of Singapore aged 18 or over, with a Singapore delivery address.
1 per person. Duplicate claims are checked on the phone number together with the last four of the NRIC.
3. Period and quantity
Stock is limited and claims close when it runs out.
4. The gift and delivery
The gift is 1 sleeve (3 balls) of HONMA TW-X 2021 golf balls.
It is posted from Japan and typically arrives in about 7 working days. Customs can add time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
A tracking number is emailed to the address you give when the parcel ships.
Delivery is to Singapore addresses only.
The gift is not exchangeable for cash, is not transferable, and specific colours or variants cannot be requested.
5. Cost
Claiming is free from start to finish. The gift, the postage and the delivery cost nothing, and nothing is payable on delivery.
The promoter will never ask you to pay, to transfer money, or to provide card, bank or PayNow details, a password, or a one-time code. Anyone who does is not the promoter.
6. Your details
Personal data you provide is handled as set out in the privacy notice.
The promoter is not responsible for re-sending a gift that could not be delivered because the details given were wrong or incomplete.
7. General
The promoter may amend or end the campaign where it is reasonable to do so. Valid claims already accepted are not affected.
The promoter may reject claims that are duplicates, that use another person’s identity, or that are submitted by automated means.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
